To begin with my first post for this blog, let me share to you some ways on how to earn from blogging. There are many ways to earn online, you just need to distinguish those online opportunities if it is a legitimate or a scam sites.

Blogging is one way to earn money online. There are two ways to earn money through blogging. First is the Passive way of earning while the second one is the Active way.

Passive Way of Earning – When we say “Passive” it’s a way of earning that you received in a regular basis with little effort required to maintain it. You earn even if you are watching TV or you are sleeping. While…

Active Way of Earning – It’s a way of earning that needs your direct attention or participation for you to receive your earnings. Most often, you need to complete a tasks or a job before you can earn. No complete tasks done means no earnings at all.

Passive income generating campaign:

Adsense is the best source of Passive income that most bloggers are currently using in their blogs. It enables website publishers or owners to display targeted Google ads on their websites. It’s a Pay Per Click (PPC) type of program where you are paid for every click generated from your site. Minimum payout is $100 and payment can be through check, western union or bank transfer.

Adbrite is another PPC type of program. It is similar to adsense. They pay on a net-60 basis through check only. They recommend to set your payment amount to $100 most especially if you are an international publisher. If Adsense is not working well for you, you can try Adbrite.

Bidvertizer is also a Pay Per Click program similar to Adsense and Adbrite. Payments are sent via check or PayPal on a monthly basis within 30 days after the end of each calendar month. Minimum payout is $10. The only difference of bidvertiser to other PPC program is that, they have referral incentives.

Infolinks is an In-Text advertising. In-text-ads is a method of advertising that inserts text links advertisements within the content of a blog. It is usually in a double line hyperlink. Minimum payment is $50 and paid through Paypal, Bank wire, and Infolinks Prepaid Mastercard powered by Payoneer.

ClickBank is an affiliate program where you promote products and earn commissions everytime you make a sale. Promoting products means, you can make a post about it, or just simply place a banner of the product in your blogs sidebar. If someone purchase through your hoplink, you earn up to 75% commission. Payments are through check, direct deposits for US affiliates and some international affiliates and wire transfer payment. Payment threshold should reach $100 before they can process your payment.

Peerfly is also an affiliate program similar to Clickbank. You earn money every time you make a sale with the products that you promote. They have a referral program that is not available in Clickbank. You also earn every time your referral makes a sale with the products that he or she promotes. If you’re interested you can sign up here.

CPALead this is one of my favorite money making campaign aside from Adsense. CPALead is a Cost Per Action program that hides your premium content to the reader. Before they can access your content, they need to complete a short survey. Completion of survey means money to you. Payments are through Paypal and the minimum threshold is $100. You can sign up here, signing up is free.

Leadbolt is similar to CPAlead. It is also a Cost-Per-Action campaign. It’s a good alternative for CPAlead if your account with them got banned. You can sign up here.

Active income generating campaign:

Paid-To-Click (PTC) Sites- This type of campaign is different with Pay-Per-Click campaign like Adsense. With PTC or paid-to-click, you need to click a certain site/ads before you can earn money. Easy? Here’s the catch, for every click you made you’ll just get 0.05 – 0.20 cents per click and for every PTC sites you only get 5-10 ads/site to click. You need to wait a certain time for you to be able to click again those ads. For me, it’s time consuming and the effort you are doing is not enough for what you get with this type of program. If you don’t click any ads for a day, you will not earn from it. So everyday, you need to keep your mouse busy clicking those ads. The worst is, most of this PTC sites are scam sites. This is just to warn you, you can go ahead and try this program but always do it with caution. This kind of program may not work for me but who knows, this will work for you.

Blogsvertise is a paid to blog campaign. I have tried this one before and they really pay. You need to register your blog in Blogvertise and once approved, the blogvertise administrator will assign writing tasks for you to write in your blog. Your written task will be reviewed for approval. Payment for each task varies from $4 – $25 per entry. So if you have 10 approved tasks at $5 dollar each, you will earn $50 dollars for that already. Payments are sent through paypal.

Mylot is a special kind of social networking site. In mylot, you can earn money by participating in some discussions that other mylotters have created or by creating your own discussions. It’s not a big sum of money that you will earn but others find mylot interesting because they get to learn some interesting things and ideas. If you want to try mylot you can join here.

These are just some of the online opportunities I know. If you wish to join in any of the above mentioned campaign, please don’t forget to read their TOS so you know what to do and not to do, to avoid your account from being banned. I will be blogging more on my succeeding posts. Just visit this blog regularly for you to be updated.
